您好，2024年9月11日起，UL-Demko Certification Team 要求，

針對 Medical Component Certification Program (CCP) 作法要求說明，其重點如下:

Component Certification Program (CCP) 為針對零組件, 根據終端產品的標準來評估，

使用終端產品一部分的標準內容來核發CB證書 IECEE Component Certificate of Conformity (CCC)

1)  常做的醫療類產品，如用於醫療設備系統中的元件/子元件的產品 Panel PC，Monitor等 (其他需要CCP產品, 詳下公告說明)

2) Component CBTC Disclaimer (證書免責聲明)

 "Component of equipment system used in health care environment. It will require further evaluation in combination with the end-product."

Component Certificate of Conformity (CCC) 如下示意圖:

3) CBTR GPI 需要加上以下 Statement (報告補充敘述)

"Evaluated as a component or subassembly intended to be installed into an equipment system for use in a medical facility.

This component and its end-product application will require further evaluation to the relevant standards for medical equipment.“

4) CB證書 與 CB報告 會各別補充 Component Certification Program (CCP) 等相關說明
